What people ask first
Does anything get sent without my approval?
No. Every email waits in your approval queue. You approve, edit or reject each one, or approve a batch you have read. If you do nothing, nothing is sent. There is no timer that sends on your behalf.
Which mailbox do the emails come from?
Your own Google mailbox. You sign in with Google once, and that one step is both your login and your sender identity. Replies land in your inbox as normal emails, in the same thread.
How do you personalise each email?
We read the prospect's own website and every email must quote it word for word. A check refuses any draft whose quote does not appear on the page it cites, so a claim cannot be invented.
How many emails a day?
A Google Workspace mailbox starts at 20 a day and rises by 10 a day to at most 50; a personal Gmail address stays at 20. Emails go out during the recipient's working hours, and sending pauses by itself if bounces pass a safe level.
Where do the prospects come from?
You paste websites or upload a CSV. Search by country is being switched on during the pilot. You see every organisation before anything is written to it, and your customers and competitors are never contacted.
What does it cost?
Reading sites, finding contacts, template emails, the approval queue and sending from your Gmail are free. Emails written from scratch for each prospect need your own OpenAI key for now; paid credits come later.
What happens when someone replies?
Replies, out-of-office notices, bounces and opt-outs are recognised in several languages. The sequence stops for that person, opt-outs are never contacted again, and replies that need you are shown in one inbox.
