Terms of service

Honest Intros ("the service") is operated by Otman Ounana. By using the service you agree to these terms. The service is in private development and is provided free of charge and without a service level commitment.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account that you are authorised to use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You are the sender

Emails are sent from your own mailbox, in your name, after you approve them. You are the sender of those emails and are responsible for their content and for complying with the laws that apply to you and your recipients, including anti-spam, marketing and data protection law. You must provide a valid postal address where the law requires one, and you must honour opt-out requests.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send deceptive, unlawful or harassing messages, to contact purchased or scraped consumer lists, to impersonate anyone, or to get around the sending limits, pacing or opt-out handling the service enforces. We may suspend an account that puts recipients, other users or the service at risk.

Risks you should understand

Sending cold email from your own mailbox carries a risk that your email provider limits or suspends that mailbox. The service paces and caps sending to reduce that risk but cannot remove it.

Your data

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect your Google account and delete your account at any time.

No warranty and limit of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of business, revenue or data arising from use of the service.
